TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TEN LONDON'S EXCLUSIVE NIGHTCLUB (FOR SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS CLICK HERE.) 

We are TEN LDN LTD, registered in England and Wales, Company number 12322563  with its registered office at 29 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6AZ (‘TEN LONDON’, ‘we’ ‘our’ or ‘us’).

These Policies apply to all members, members guests and non-members (in these Policies each a ‘visitor’ and collectively ‘visitors’) of the TEN LONDON nightclub at 29 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6AZ (the ‘Club’).

 

 CLUB ENTRY POLICY

MAKING A TABLE BOOKING / REGISTRATION ON OUR APP

Table bookings should be made in advance using our website, a third-party table booking app or Whatsapp for a faster response. We may use your personal data on our App in accordance with our Privacy Policy [PRIVACY POLICY]. Where you make a booking via a third-party table booking app the third parties privacy policies and terms and conditions will apply.

 

ENTERING/LEAVING THE CLUB

TEN LONDON is in an area where there are residential properties and as such all visitors must enter and leave the premises and the immediate area surrounding the premises quietly with all due regard to the residents.

 

EQUALITY

The Equality Act 2010, as amended, makes it unlawful for TEN LONDON to discriminate against anyone on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, now described as having ‘protective characteristics’. TEN LONDON does not tolerate any form of discrimination against any individual or group. We operate a non-discriminatory policy, and we place a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

 

USE OF CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES BY YOU

No cameras, video or recording devices, whether live-streaming or otherwise and whether on a mobile phone or other medium, may be used while in the Club, although mobile phones are permitted for ordinary use. We reserve the right to take possession of and confiscate any mobile phone, camera, video or recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken while in the venue.

 

USE OF CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES BY US

On occasion we may film or take photos of an event to use for social media posts and on our website. On entering the Club, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement and consent to be filmed/photographed that will be stored unless and until you withdraw your consent. Our use of your photo is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent on entering the Club you will not be permitted to enter the Club.

 

AUDIO/VIDEO SOUND

Movies, videos, songs, internet calls, presentations and all other audio must only be played through headphones and should not be audible to any other visitor present. Internet calls must only take place in designated areas so as not to disturb fellow visitors.

 

ILLEGAL DRUGS/SUBSTANCES

No visitor shall purchase, use, ingest, possess, or distribute illegal drugs, legal highs or other substances or attempt to do any of the same while on the premises or in the immediate vicinity. If any of the actions above are substantiated, the relevant visitor will be removed from the premises and the membership in question will be terminated. That visitor may also be reported to the police.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Except for medicines or medically required food, visitors are not permitted to bring food or beverages with them onto the premises. Visitors may only consume food and beverages purchased from the premises.

 

PRIVATE HIRE & HOUSE MAINTENANCE

The Club will from time to time be closed to visitors for private functions and/or required re-modelling, maintenance, or essential repair work. Should part of the Club be closed for essential repair or maintenance or redecoration, or where services or facilities are removed where they may pose a risk under Health & Safety regulations to our visitors or staff, we will ensure the service or facility is returned to operation as soon as practicably possible.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All visitors must comply with all requests from our staff in respect of health and safety and in the event of a fire visitors must comply with staff instructions for evacuation and re-admission.

 

CCTV

To ensure the safety of all our visitors we use CCTV at the entrance and inside the Club. We also deploy Body Worn Cameras (BWCs) worn by security. You agree that our use of your personal data is in accordance with our CCTV Policy and our Privacy Policy which can be found here [insert link to your Privacy Policy and CCTV Policy on your website].

 

ACCIDENTS & INJURIES

The primary aim of TEN LONDON is to provide a safe and relaxing environment where visitors can enjoy themselves. Pivotal to this is visitors undertake to observe the rules as provided herein, to observe any signs clearly displayed within the premises and to take instruction and guidance from staff where appropriate and at all time to take reasonable precautions whilst in and near the premises. In the event that a visitor suffers an accident or injury whilst in the Club or the immediate vicinity, please report this to a member of staff immediately or at least within 24 Hours so that a report can be made by us to the relevant authority in order that we comply with Health & Safety Guidelines and where applicable, insurance companies.

 

NO SMOKING POLICY

No smoking is allowed within the Club at any time. We reserve the right to assign an outside area as a designated smoking and may change that area from time to time as appropriate, on the understanding that even within the confines of this designated area visitors may reasonably be requested to refrain from smoking where it may affect others.

 

CHILDREN & ANIMALS

No children are not permitted in the Club at any time. No animals will be allowed in the Club except for assistance dogs.

 

CONDUCT

We will not tolerate any behaviour or conduct that brings us into disrepute or any violent or abusive actions, bullying, sexual harassment, or discrimination of any kind. Such actions by a visitor will result in the visitor being expelled with immediate effect from the Club. Should we consider that the behaviour or conduct either inside or outside the Club is at any time contrary to the interests or good standing of TEN LONDON, we may, without limit or restriction and at the sole discretion, require the visitor to be expelled with immediate effect from the Club and we reserve the right to make a report to the police. Should any visitor be found to have engaged in the theft or destruction of the property of TEN LONDON or another visitor they will be expelled with immediate effect from the Club and face possible criminal prosecution where appropriate.

 

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE POLICIES

If you fail to comply with these Policies, you may be required to immediately leave the Club and you will not be permitted to return and we may refuse you entry to the Club in the future.

 

LIABILITY OF TEN LONDON

TEN LONDON, its affiliates, its employees, servants and/or agents shall not be liable to any visitor for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property, save in respect of death or personal injury to a visitor or loss of property caused by the negligence of TEN LONDON, its affiliates, employees, servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any statutory rights a visitor may have as a consumer, that we cannot legally restrict or exclude.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

 

AMENDMENTS TO THESE POLICIES

We may change these policies by displaying a notification of the change at: www.ten.london.
