What to expect - 

Well-groomed bartenders are on hand to serve the finest cocktails for the first hour of the event as an elite, chic crowd gather for the highly desirable TEN TEN experience. As party goers fill up the building and anticipation starts to build, watch the glamorously dressed champagne girls, dancers and performers showcase extravagant bottle shows and performances, whilst you listen (or dance the night away) to high quality sets from renowned  international DJs… and you never know who you might meet. 

Music -    

Hip hop, rnb and dancehall can be expected, but is subject to change, so if you want to be certain what music will be played on the night we advise contacting the venue to see which DJ will be performing.    

Ways to book -    

Tickets -    

You can book tickets through the TEN London website or ticketing platforms that abide by refund laws, but you should never part with any money for tickets via any other method or means. You will need to either print your ticket or present the digital version to the door upon arrival.   

Request Guestlist -    

The only way to request guestlist is through someone connected to the TEN brand, but not through the TEN brand itself. Think of the saying “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know” this is how the guestlist works at TEN. The best way of finding someone connected to the TEN brand is to search through the accounts we are following on any of our official TEN Instagram accounts. Our official TEN Instagram accounts are -

Spaces on the guestlist are very limited for each event, but if you do secure a place on the list there may be certain offerings available to you once inside the venue. However, it is important to understand that only TEN control the door and no person can offer you free entry. Therefore, if you do not have a ticket but have been added to the guestlist, an entry fee may be requested by the door upon arrival. If you do already have a ticket and have been added to the guestlist, you will not need to pay twice. We advise girls to take £20 and guys to take £40 for guestlist just to be safe, although if the occasion is extra special (such as an artist night) you should check with your contact if you need to take more. If you have a ticket and have also been added to the guestlist, you will need to show your ticket and quote the name of the guestlist you are on at the door. If you don’t have a ticket but have been added to the  guestlist, then you will just quote the name of the guestlist you are on at the door. Any ticket or guestlist payments payable in advance of this event should only be made through the TEN London website or ticketing platforms that abide by refund laws, you should never part with any money via any other method or means.   

Request a Table Booking -    

By contacting us on WhatsApp (you can find the relevant number on our website.) Payments for table packages are processed by transferring part of the fee for your selected table  package to the business bank account and paying the reminder on arrival. Payments for tables with a minimum spend are processed by paying a deposit payment through our Sevenrooms reservation system and then the remainder on arrival. You should not part with money via any other method or means.   

Request to Hire an Area -

Queuing - 

Upon arrival there will be two queues, one queue for tickets and guestlist and one queue for tables, please ensure you join the correct queue.   

Last Entry -    

A 10:45pm arrival time is strongly encouraged to avoid longer queuing times and a faster chance of entry. However, the following last entry times apply -    

Tickets – Midnight  

Guestlist – Midnight  

Tables – No later than 1am    

If you arrive after the last entry time it may still be possible to enter if the venue has space,  but you will only be let in at the door’s discretion and an additional late fee charge will apply on top of the original ticket price.    

Dress code -    

Girls    

Dress to impress girls! Glamorous is the requirement. Jeans, trainers, sliders and casual trousers are not allowed. Heels are a must!    

Guys    

Make an effort guys! Smart, stylish and unique is what’s expected. No hats or hoods or casual (sportswear branded) trainers are allowed. Flip flops, beachwear and fleeces are also not allowed, keep it classy.    

ID - Physical ID is a standard requirement.    

Cloakroom -    

There is a cloakroom to store your coats and jackets and the charge is £3 per item.    

All attendees must read our door policy page prior to arrival and fully understand and accept this. It is a condition of entry and if you do not accept it in full you must not attend the venue. Our door policy section can be found on the TEN London website.   

Ticket Policy    

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. Tickets are  non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled by the venue.
